Your pack shipment
We prepare your package every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Depending on the country of destination, we offer you as a carrier: La Poste (Colissimo delivery with or without signature depending on the country of destination), Mondial Relay Point, Chronopost Chrono13 or Hermes Carrier (some European countries)
Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow online the progress of your package.
Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. These fees are variable and depend on the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with the package containing the most fragile products (triple packaging)

Colissimo Home - without signature or with signature
Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, directly in your mailbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a notice will be filed allowing you to choose on the Internet a new delivery date within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day 15h in the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you will then be able to pick up your parcel at your home post office, within 15 days.

Colissimo Point Withdrawal
With Colissimo Point Withdrawal you have several withdrawal options to pick up your package
- At La Poste, you can choose the establishment in which you want to be delivered (without prior passage of your bill at home) among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned.

- Pickup relays, you can choose one of the 7500 Pickup convenience store near your home, your place of work or your holiday, from which you want to be delivered
Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned.

- At Pickup Station you can choose one of 500 automatic withdrawal instructions to have your package delivered. Implant on your journey (station, metro, parking, shopping centers ...) they are accessible 7d / 7d and 24h / 24h (except instructions subject to schedules shopping malls and transport areas)
Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to withdraw your package for 3 business days. After this time, your package will be returned.

MONDIAL RELAY
Relay Mondial Relay points at an affiliated merchant. When you order, you will choose the pick-up point closest to your home. You have 8 days to pick up your package.

Your parcel is delivered the next day before 13:00 for any order placed before 11:00 (except Saturday, Sunday and holiday). You can change the time and place of delivery (Predict service)
