Shipping charges varies on number of products purchased. All shipping rates are calculated according to the weight and La Poste shipping price
list (or UPS™ list).

Shipping to U.S.A.
Due to the strict duty and F.D.A. control in USA the orders are under the responsibility of the customer (buyer).
1.If the parcel is refused and returned to France the customer will be paid back for the items, the shipping is paid by a buyer. The refund lasts three months from the day of your complaint. 2.If the parcel is lost in USA or destroyed by the American authorities all charges (items and shipping) are paid by a buyer. Any charges will be refunded by NED.
3.If the parcel arrives with stolen or broken items, the buyer have to make a complaint and he will be refunded (items and shipping). The refund lasts three month from the day of your complaint.
